The Heights barely beat School Without Walls the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Heights put the hurt on School Without Walls with a sharp 10-3 win on Saturday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Jackson McDonnell made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on John Branch, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, five RBI, and one double. Noah Escobar also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

The Heights has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-6 record this season. School Without Walls moved to 6-5 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
