Soccer Recap: Bellevue East Comes Up Short

Bellevue East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Papillion-LaVista South Titans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Bellevue East of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.

Bellevue East now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Papillion-LaVista South, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Coincidentally, Bellevue East and Papillion-LaVista South will both be playing Omaha Northwest the next time they take the pitch. The Chieftains will head out to face the Huskies at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Titans will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
