Baseball Game Preview: Glenville Tarblooders vs. Brooklyn Hurricanes

The Glenville Tarblooders will head out to challenge the Brooklyn Hurricanes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Glenville has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since April 3.

Glenville made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Euclid, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Tarblooders fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 14-12 on Monday. On the bright side, the 12- run performance marked the Tarblooders' highest-scoring game to date.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 21 runs the game before, Brooklyn was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. They fell just short of Cornerstone Christian by a score of 2-1.

Aiden Starr was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Brooklyn dropped their record down to 4-14 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Glenville, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.
