Soccer Game Preview: St. John's Northwestern Military Academy vs. Living Word Lutheran + How To Watch

The St. John's Northwestern Military Academy Lancers will venture away from home to square off against the Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

St. John's Northwestern Military Academy managed to slip by University School of Milwaukee the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Lancers lost 4-1 to the Wildcats on Wednesday. St. John's Northwestern Military Academy were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 3-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Eli Barta, who's now up to nine this season.

Meanwhile, Living Word Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Brookfield Academy. While losing is never fun, Living Word Lutheran can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 217th, while Brookfield Academy are ranked 60th).

St. John's Northwestern Military Academy now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for Living Word Lutheran, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
