Softball Recap: Le Sueur-Henderson Snaps Six-Game Streak of Losses at Home

There's no place like home for Le Sueur-Henderson, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-4 win over the Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Giants: when they faced off against the Knights on Tuesday, they had to take a 7-5 loss.

Le Sueur-Henderson's victory ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-6. As for Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Le Sueur-Henderson will welcome St. Agnes at 5:00 p.m. on the 8th. As for Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, they will face off against Springfield at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
