Volleyball Recap: Weston Comes Up Short

Weston and Bellingham squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Weston had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Blackhawks. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Wildcats haven't been shut out since back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-15, 25-21.

Leading Bellingham to victory were Sophia Soto and Jacobi Houston. Soto had 19 digs and five aces, while Houston had 18 assists. That's the most digs Soto has posted over her last six matches.

Weston's loss dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Bellingham, they pushed their record up to 20-2 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home.

As of now, neither Weston nor the Blackhawks have any future games scheduled.
