Malcolm finds home court redemption against North Bend Central

There's no place like home for the Malcolm Clippers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Friday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past North Bend Central 51-49. That's another feather in the cap for Malcolm, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Maddox Meyer was the offensive standout of the matchup as he scored 15 points. That makes it two consecutive games in which he has scored at least 25% of Malcolm's points. Another player making a difference was Aidan Cunningham, who scored 9 points.
Malcolm now has a winning record of 2-1. As for North Bend Central, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Malcolm will take on Platteview at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for North Bend Central, they will head out on the road to face off against West Point-Beemer at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
