Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Pinnacle Classical Academy

Pinnacle Classical Academy entered their tilt with Veritas Christian Academy on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Warriors. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Warriors walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2023.

Pinnacle Classical Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 21-25, 25-9, 25-18, 25-16.

Pinnacle Classical Academy got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Lily Brown out in front who had seven digs and three aces. The dominant performance also gave Brown a new career-high in assists (three).

Brown wasn't the only good server: Pinnacle Classical Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 14 aces in three consecutive matchups.
