For some reason, the away team has come away with the win the last four times Hunter and Kearns have met, but the home crowd finally got their W on Tuesday. The Wolverines skirted past the Cougars 2-1. The victory continues a trend for Hunter in their matchups with Kearns: they've now won three in a row.

Alan Garcia and Kallin Banza scored both of Hunter's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.

Hunter's win bumped their record up to 4-8. As for Kearns, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-5 record this season.
