Waterloo's loss ends four-game winning streak on the road

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but unfortunately for the Waterloo Cougars, they weren't the ones who walked away with it. They took a 62-46 bruising from the Flame on Monday. Waterloo's defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.
Sarah Davis (2025) continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Shoals Christian, dropping a double-double on 31 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Davis (2025) has scored at least a third of Shoals Christian's points. Kaleigh Owen was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Waterloo's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-8. As for Shoals Christian, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 20-7.
Waterloo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Shoals Christian also has no future games currently scheduled.
