Santa Fe Indian waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They put the hurt on the Newcomb Skyhawks with a sharp 16-1 victory. The Braves might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by six runs or more this season.
Layla Saracino looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
