Roosevelt was the 3-2 winner over Dos Palos when they last played one another back in November of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. The Roosevelt Rough Riders fell just short of the Dos Palos Broncos by a score of 2-1 on Friday. The Rough Riders' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Dos Palos, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Farmersville the next time they take the pitch. Roosevelt will head out to face Farmersville at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, while Dos Palos will play them later in the day, at 9:00 a.m.
