St. Augustine Catholic's loss came about despite a quality game from Carlos Acuna, who posted 22 points and six boards. The matchup was Acuna's sixth in a row with at least 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jovanni Fernandez, who scored five points and four steals.

Meanwhile, Santa Rita entered their tilt with Lourdes Catholic on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Warriors 58-25. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 28 points or more this season.

Santa Rita's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for St. Augustine Catholic, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

St. Augustine Catholic came up short against Santa Rita in their previous meeting back in January, falling 43-38. Can the Wolves avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
