Basketball Recap: Wawasee Takes a Loss

Wawasee lost against Concord back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wawasee Warriors took a 46-32 bruising from the Concord Minutemen. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Wawasee's defeat dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Concord, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season.

Wawasee has already played their next match, a 39-37 victory against Lakeland on the 1st. As for Concord, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-41 loss against La Porte on the 1st.
