Basketball Recap: Bennett Long Key Part of Team Effort in SONS Win

Anderson HomeSchool won the last time they faced FAITH HomeSchool and things went their way on Thursday too. The Anderson HomeSchool SONS strolled past the FAITH HomeSchool Falcons with points to spare, taking the game 62-46. The win made it back-to-back victories for the SONS.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Anderson HomeSchool to victory, but perhaps none more so than Bennett Long, who went 9-for-16 to rack up 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kailani McCloud, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds.

Anderson HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 16-13. As for FAITH HomeSchool, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-10.

Anderson HomeSchool has already played their next contest, a 60-49 victory against Fort Wayne GUARD HomeSchool on the 21st. FAITH HomeSchool has also already played their next matchup (against Varsity Opponent), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
