Basketball Recap: Wings Academy Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Wings Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Sunday. They snuck past the Brandeis Bulldogs with a 62-58 victory on Monday. This was payback for the Wings, who suffered a 74-51 defeat the last time these two teams met.

JJ ADDISON was nothing short of spectacular: he shot 56% from the field on his way to 24 points in addition to six assists and six boards. Another player making a difference was DESHAWN CARNEGIE JR, who posted 11 points along with five rebounds and four steals.

Wings Academy pushed their record up to 1-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
