Volleyball Recap: Pleasant Valley Wins Going Away Against East Stroudsburg North + How To Watch

Pleasant Valley not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7, 2024 (when they won 3-0). They blew past the East Stroudsburg North Timberwolves 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 last Saturday.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Pleasant Valley was: they took every set by at least 12 points. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-1, 25-13.

Pleasant Valley can attribute much of their success to Sasha Slozina, who had 17 kills and one assist. Those 17 kills gave Slozina a new career-high.

Pleasant Valley was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their ace total in three consecutive contests.

The win got Pleasant Valley back to even at 8-8-2. As for East Stroudsburg North, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Pleasant Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 victory against William Allen on the 17th.
