Volleyball Recap: Arbor View Falls Short Against Ranked Kamehameha Kapalama

Arbor View is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Kamehameha Kapalama. The Aggies fell 2-0 to the Warriors.

Tamara Vai Unga paced Arbor View's offense, picking up 11 kills. Unga got some help from Alexxa Chan and her 20 assists. Chan was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Arbor View has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 16-6 record this season. As for Kamehameha Kapalama, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 24-7.

Looking ahead, Arbor View will challenge Centennial at 6:00 p.m. on the 30th. Kamehameha Kapalama has already played their next contest (against Punahou), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
