It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Bethel Christian Academy had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They came out on top against the Greenville Christian Academy Knights by a score of 6-1. The victory was nothing new for the Trojans as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Cooper Williams spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on two hits and racked up nine Ks. He has been consistent for a while: he hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Bethel Christian Academy let Will Wiggins and Brayden Cash run wild. Wiggins went 1-for-2 with two runs, two RBI, and one double, while Cash went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Bethel Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 14-4. As for Greenville Christian Academy, they moved to 11-5 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
