Soccer Recap: St. Charles Comes Up Short

St. Charles was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Lutheran Cougars. St. Charles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Lutheran apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2019.

St. Charles' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. Lutheran has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, St. Charles will look to defend their home pitch on Tuesday against Winfield at 6:00 p.m. Lutheran has already played their next contest (against Pattonville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
