Basketball Recap: Shead Takes a Loss

On Friday, the Shead Tigers were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 55-51 to the Lee Academy Pandas. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Shead now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Lee Academy, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Shead will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Machias at 2:00 p.m. on December 30th. As for Lee Academy, they will venture away from home to challenge Searsport at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Lee Academy is facing Searsport at the right time seeing as Searsport is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
