After failing to score in their last matchup, Edison made sure to put some goals up on the board against Burbank on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by a 7-3 margin over the Burbank Bulldogs. The Golden Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by three goals or more this season.

Edison has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 5-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 16 goals over those four matchups. As for Burbank, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 8-5.

Looking ahead, Edison is taking a road trip to challenge Brackenridge at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Burbank, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Highlands at 6:30 p.m.
