Basketball Game Preview: Neenah Rockets vs. Fond du Lac Cardinals

Neenah is on a 18-game streak of home wins (dating back to last season), while Fond du Lac is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Neenah Rockets will host the Fond du Lac Cardinals at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Last Friday, Neenah didn't have too much trouble with Kimberly as they won 67-48. Given the Rockets' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 26th, while the Papermakers are ranked 164th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Fond du Lac was able to grind out a solid victory over Germantown on Saturday, taking the game 76-66.

Fond du Lac is also on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Neenah, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.

Neenah and Fond du Lac were neck-and-neck in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, but Neenah came up empty-handed after a 58-57 loss.
