Soccer Recap: Fayetteville Find Success

Fayetteville and Southside's contest on Tuesday was close at halftime, but Fayetteville turned on the heat in the second half with five goals. The Fayetteville Bulldogs' defense stepped up to hand the Southside Mavericks a 6-0 shutout. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Mavericks recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Fayetteville's offense was hitting Southside from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Janie Kramer led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.
