Soccer Recap: Central Springs Takes a Loss

Central Springs was the 2-1 winner over Roosevelt when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Roughriders by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Central Springs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Central Springs' loss dropped their record down to 7-5-1. As for Roosevelt, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 12-1-2.

Looking ahead, Central Springs will challenge Clear Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Roosevelt, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 victory against Mason City on the 6th.
