Softball Recap: Sand Rock Takes a Loss

Sand Rock lost against Ashville back in April of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Wildcats came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 14-2. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sand Rock's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Ashville, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-9-1 record this season.

Sand Rock will venture away from home to challenge Spring Garden at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ashville, they will challenge Leeds at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs are on a three-game streak of home wins, the Greenwave a three-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind.
