Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lexington). They walked away with a 68-60 win over the Rogers Pirates on Monday. Given the Golden Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 141st, while the Pirates are ranked 283rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lexington's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Rogers, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-13.

Lexington has already played their next contest (against Central), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Rogers will be playing at home against Sheffield at 6:00 p.m. on January 27th.
