Preview: Brunswick Pirates vs. Lowndes Vikings        
        
		
            
 After four games on the road, Brunswick is heading back home. They will take on the Lowndes Vikings at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one:  the pair posted some lofty  point totals in their previous games.
 Last Friday, Brunswick beat Glynn Academy 65-53. Given Brunswick's advantage  in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings  (they are ranked 71st, while Glynn Academy is ranked 273rd), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brunswick to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Jakai Alston, who  dropped  a double-double on 11 points and 11  rebounds.  Shanyece Quick was another key contributor,  dropping  a double-double on 13 points and 20  rebounds.
 Meanwhile, Lowndes put another one in the bag  last Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Brunswick 69-37 at home. Lowndes might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won five games by 23  points or more this season.
 Lowndes' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but  Kimora Wade led the charge by  scoring 12 points along with 7  rebounds and 3  steals. The team also got some help courtesy of  Aryana Thomas, who  scored 11 points.
 Brunswick's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Lowndes, they have yet to lose a  game at home this season, leaving them with a 6-0 record.
 Tuesday's  match is shaping up to be a masterclass in shooting:  Brunswick  have been dynamite from deep this season,  having  drained 40.2% of their  threes per game. However, it's not like Lowndes struggles in that department as   they've  made 38.7% of  theirs this season. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
