Basketball Recap: Geary Gets the Win

Geary posted their closest win since February 10, 2024 on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ringwood Red Devils, sneaking past 48-45. For the Bison, this counts as revenge for the 83-38 victory the Red Devils walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2014.

The win got Geary back to even at 6-6. As for Ringwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season.

Geary has already played their next game, an 85-43 defeat against Hydro-Eakly on the 14th. As for Ringwood, they will square off against Waynoka at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Ringwood is facing Waynoka at the right time seeing as Waynoka is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
