North County Christian triumphant thanks to a strong effort from Lynus Mitchell

North County Christian can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They blew past Christian School District 65-39. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win North County Christian has posted since November 16, 2023.
Lynus Mitchell continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 28 points along with nine assists and eight rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of North County Christian's points. Kendrick Robinson was another key contributor, scoring 20 points along with seven rebounds and five blocks.
North County Christian's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-11. As for Christian School District, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North County Christian won't have much time to rest: their next match is against First Baptist Academy on January 20th. Christian School District will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Crystal City at 7:00 p.m. on January 30th.
