It was a good run, but Ohio County unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Bowling Green Purples by a score of 5-4.

Talynn Clark (2026) was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. She is on a roll when it comes to triples, as she's now hit at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Addy Decker (2025), who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Ohio County's loss dropped their record down to 19-17-1. As for Bowling Green, their record is now 19-15-1.

As of now, neither Ohio County nor the Purples have any future games scheduled.
