After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Averill Park, Troy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Shaker Bison 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Flying Horses have posted since April 15, 2025.

The win got Troy back to even at 2-2. As for Shaker, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Troy will challenge Catholic Central at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shaker, they will face off against Guilderland at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
