Trainer made her presence known in Cape Fear Christian Academy's 63-30 victory
Laney Trainer produced her most outstanding game to date while leading Cape Fear Christian Academy to the win on Tuesday. Trainer was dialed in and dropped a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds. Considering what she did the last time these two duked it out (she scored seven points along with ten rebounds and six blocks), Bradford Academy should've known better. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Trainer has scored all season.
Trainer and Cape Fear Christian Academy will stay at home for another game and welcome Crossroads Christian at 5:30 p.m. on January 26th. The last time these two faced off, Trainer and Co. were forced to settle for a 52-31 loss. Could another big game from her be enough to change the outcome this time?
