Baseball Recap: George Washington Patriots vs. Kennedy Commanders
Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask George Washington). Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Kennedy Commanders a 20-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Commanders recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.
Alex Sieren looked comfortable as he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk). Those seven strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
