Softball Recap: Artesia Triumphs

Artesia won the last time they faced Glenn and things went their way on Friday too. The Pioneers walked away with a 9-5 victory over the Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Pioneers.

Kaleyse Foster was incredible, going 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Khloe Loquellano, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Artesia's record now sits at 9-7. As for Glenn, they dropped their record down to 8-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Artesia has already played their next game, an 18-12 defeat against Whitney on the 15th. As for Glenn, they will head out on the road to challenge Cerritos at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Dons have averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season.
