Basketball Game Preview: Mansfield Summit Jaguars vs. Carter Cowboys

The Mansfield Summit Jaguars will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on the Carter Cowboys at 4:50 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are still undefeated (Mansfield Summit has ten wins dating back to last season, while Carter has three).

It was a proper cat-fight when Mansfield Summit duked it out with Panther Creek on Friday. The Jaguars put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 77-54 victory. The Jaguars not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since February 18th (when they won 65-31).

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Carter and Bishop Lynch, and Carter kept the tradition alive. The Cowboys blew past the Friars 72-47 on Saturday. Fans of the Cowboys have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ points.

Carter's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Mansfield Summit, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 3-0.
