Recap: Federal Way Eagles vs. Beamer Titans
The Federal Way Eagles were the 82-36 winner over the Beamer Titans when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Federal Way fell 44-36 to Beamer on Tuesday. Federal Way has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Avion Mclemore was the offensive standout of the game as he scored 17 points along with 3 steals. Mclemore is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Terrance Whiting, who scored 7 points along with 5 steals.
Federal Way's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Beamer, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Federal Way will take on Decatur at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Beamer, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Auburn at 7:15 p.m. on December 8th. Auburn presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Beamer in Washington (Auburn is ranked first, while Beamer is ranked 60th).
