Kossuth entered their tilt with Tishomingo County on Monday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They came within a single  set of losing the streak, but they secured  a   3-2 W against the Braves. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Aggies have posted  since September 21, 2024.
 Kossuth wouldn't go down easily and took Tishomingo County into a fifth set  where they got it done with a four-point win. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20, 22-25, 17-25,  15-11.
 Dallyn Haupt paced Kossuth's offense, picking up 16 kills. Haupt got some help from  Brenyn Wilbanks and her 17 assists.  Chloe Caldwell controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.
Kossuth's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-2. As for Tishomingo County,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.
 Coming up, Kossuth will face off against Ripley at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Tishomingo County, they will look to defend their home court  on Tuesday against Booneville  at 6:00  p.m.
