Basketball Recap: St. John's Loss Ends 12-Game Winning Streak at Home

St. John lost against Bottineau back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The St. John Woodchucks were dealt a 50-21 loss at the hands of the Bottineau Braves/Stars. The contest marked the Woodchucks' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

St. John's defeat ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 2-5. As for Bottineau, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

St. John will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bishop Ryan at 3:45 p.m. on December 30th. As for Bottineau, they will venture away from home to square off against Kenmare/Bowbells at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
