Basketball Recap: St. Benedict at Auburndale Takes a Loss

St. Benedict at Auburndale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 22nd straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Fayette Ware Wildcats 76-40. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 346th, while the Wildcats are ranked 40th).

St. Benedict at Auburndale's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for Fayette Ware, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-5.
