Springfield lost against Dickson County back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Springfield Yellow Jackets took a 77-66 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dickson County Cougars. The Yellow Jackets' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Springfield's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Dickson County, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Springfield will be home for the holidays to greet Mount Juliet at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Springfield is facing Mount Juliet at the right time seeing as Mount Juliet is stuck on a nine-game losing streak. As for Dickson County, they will look to defend their home court on Monday against Fairview at 7:30 p.m.
