Softball Recap: Leake Central Takes a Loss

Leake Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 20th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the West Lauderdale Knights, falling 12-0. That's two games in a row now that the Gators have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Leake Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for West Lauderdale, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: West Lauderdale beat Leake Central by a score of 15-0 on Thursday.
