Volleyball Game Preview: Oldham-Ramona/R Rutland vs. James Valley Christian Vikings

The Oldham-Ramona/R Rutland will head out to challenge the James Valley Christian Vikings at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Oldham-Ramona/R is coming into the matchup on a six-game losing streak.

Oldham-Ramona/R is headed into the contest having just suffered their biggest loss since September 20th on Thursday. They came up short against Deubrook, falling 3-0.

James Valley Christian had taken Sanborn Central/Woonsocket down for two straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Thursday. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Blackhawks.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-7, 25-21.

Oldham-Ramona/R's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for James Valley Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Everything went Oldham-Ramona/R's way against James Valley Christian when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as Oldham-Ramona/R made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rutland since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
