Softball Recap: Hilmar Snaps Four-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Hilmar's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Sonora Wildcats 5-4. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Yellowjackets also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Hilmar's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-8. As for Sonora, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
