Basketball Game Preview: South Central Satellites vs. Wawasee Warriors

The South Central Satellites will take on the Wawasee Warriors at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. South Central is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.1 points per game this season.

Two weeks ago, South Central didn't have too much trouble with Glenn as they won 54-40. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Satellites.

South Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Noah Howard led the charge by putting up 15 points and three steals. Howard is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jack Haschel, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points in addition to eight boards and five assists.

Meanwhile, Wawasee came up short against Central Noble on Saturday and fell 45-37. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Wawasee's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for South Central, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-4.
