Mason Roessner gave up the fewest walks he has since back in April of 2024 on Friday. He wasn't messing around, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits (and not a single walk). The pitching appearance was his sixth straight with two or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Roessner and Coudersport will challenge Elk County Catholic at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The Falcons had to take a loss when they last met the Crusaders, but Roessner had little to do with the loss: he went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
