After losing to Douglas the last time they met, Sturgis Brown decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Sturgis Brown Scoopers strolled past the Douglas Patriots with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 64-48. The win was nothing new for the Scoopers as they're now sitting on four straight.

Sturgis Brown's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-11. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points over those games. As for Douglas, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14 record this season.

Sturgis Brown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Douglas, they will venture away from home to face off against Brookings at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Douglas is facing Brookings at the right time seeing as Brookings is stuck on an 18-game losing streak.
