Preview: Lakeview Bulldogs vs. Harding Raiders
The Lakeview Bulldogs's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Harding Raiders at 5:30 p.m. on December 4th. Hopefully Lakeview focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Wednesday.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 50-11, which was the final score in Lakeview's tilt against Ursuline.
Lakeview got a good chunk of their points from the dynamic duo of
Makenna Werner and
sophie irwin, who each put up three points.
Paige Schwartz held things down on the boards with four rebounds.
Meanwhile, Harding made easy work of Firestone on Monday and carried off a 57-35 win.
The losses dropped Lakeview to 1-3 and Ursuline to 2-1.
Lakeview came up short against Harding in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, falling 38-34. Can Lakeview avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
