Soccer Recap: Foothill Takes a Loss

Foothill's game on Wednesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Arvin Bears by a score of 1-0.

Foothill's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7-4. As for Arvin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-12-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foothill will welcome Golden Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Golden Valley is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season. As for Arvin, they will host Mira Monte at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Mira Monte also hasn't been messing around on offense: they've averaged 2.8 goals per game.
