Softball Recap: Xavier Hawks vs. Ripon Tigers

Xavier had lost three games at home, but after bumping their record up to 7-6 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They skirted past the Ripon Tigers 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Hawks have posted since April 10th.

Addison Hervey was a major factor no matter where she played. She pitched three innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances.
